I have made the decision to leave on Thursday for Memphis to get some of our gifts and door prizes for our show in June. I will see everyone in Tupelo on Sat. Not taking the Mustang as I need the room to load up like last time. (Have connection for auto parts samples) Mustangless!

How many are still planning on this cruise? I looked at the weather for Tupelo and it looks like it is now up to 40% chance of rain. Thanks, Jill

Hi, I hope you are right! We are looking forward to this trip. I checked a couple of sites. The National Weather Service and The Weather Channel both have currently at 40%. A couple of other sites, are still saying 30%. Please keep us posted. Thanks, Jill

I am going to send a weekly email out today and tell everyone about the cruise. I will link back to this post for anyone that wants information about going. Is there a post in here about where to meet up? Even so post it again who ever knows to make sure no one misses it. 2003 REDFIRE COBRA #3938 of 5082 @ 05/27/2003 1 of 414Modification List, High Res Pictures, Dyno Sheet440rwhp/483rwtq 10.9 A/F 12-15psi (new leaner numbers to come!)

Thanks for the weather update. That is what I have been seeing as well. If rain chances do not improve, we will probably skip this one. Had enough of rain the last couple of days without driving that distance round trip in the rain. We had water in our basement from the rains yesterday that made quite a mess! Jill

Accuweather says something totally different. No mention of rain Saturday at either location, just varible cloudness.
Partly cloudy now, sounds like a chance worth taking. That is if you want to drive your car!

Partly cloudy now, sounds like a chance worth taking. That is if you want to drive your car! This report is come right from NOAA which is the national weather agency. Weather channel is also backing this up too. All I know is that I'm not going to drive 3 hours in the rain to sit in the rain and then drive home again in the rain. I hope they cancel it and set a new date.

I am up here and its wet folks, rain on and off. Maybe later in the day it will dry out but the chance is slim as its heavy clouds wtih periods of rain. Leaving Memphis to drive back, will stop in Tupelo but not expecting much. Agree with Barry, long way to drive to bet wet and get wet. I will post up when I get back tonight. Mustangless!

Back in Pelham. It was a wet day. Rain all the way from Memphis to Tupelo. Was a pretty good turn out, maybe 100 cars. Had 20 from MCM there. They got a little wet on the drive up but mostly just rain on and off after they parked. I checked out all the cars, the auto museum, got rained on sevral times and left. Mustangless!
